New Delhi: President Ram Nath Kovind, Vice President M Venkaiah Naidu and Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday paid tributes to the engineer of the Constitution, BR Ambedkar, on his passing commemoration.
The pioneers paid botanical tributes to Ambedkar, hailed for his commitment towards elevate of Dalits, at Parliament House Lawns here.
Union Ministers Rajnath Singh and Thawar Chand Gehlot and senior Congress pioneer Mallikarjun Kharge likewise paid regards to Ambedkar there.
Ambedkar passed away on this day in 1956 at 65 years old.
"I bow to Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar on his Mahaparinirvan Diwas," the head administrator said on Twitter.
