Hyderabad: Telangana Minister Talasani Srinivas Yadav escaped unhurt after a lorry rammed his car, which was parked on the roadside along the Outer Ring Road under the Keesara police station limits here on Wednesday.
According to the police, the incident occurred around 12:20 pm.
A senior police official said the Toyota Fortuner car had four passengers.
“Apart from the minister, Lok Sabha MP CH Malla Reddy and MLA M Sudheer Reddy and the minister’s driver were also present in the vehicle,” he said, confirming that all of them escaped unhurt.
On receiving information, police rushed to the spot and the lorry driver was taken into custody, apart from seizing the lorry.
